I currently take Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna Behavioral Health, Cigna Behavioral Health, Optum Behavioral Health, Sharp Health Plan, and United Healthcare.

Please reach out to your insurance company to confirm that I am in network for you prior to connecting with me.

Yes. UC SHIP is covered by Anthem Blue Cross, which I do take. However, you will need to first reach out to SHS/CAPS and obtain a referral to see me.

60 minute intakes are $450 and 30 minute follow ups are $225. I’m happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance if needed.

Yes. I am in person on Mondays, and Telehealth on Tuesdays.

Please note: all intake appointments are required to be in person.

Yes, if indicated, and only after a 60 minute intake evaluation completed by me.

You will be required to follow up with me at least once a month as we figure out which medication works best for you. Once we get you on a stable dose, you will be required to follow up once every 3 months.

Please note that I do not prescribe stimulants as performance enhancers alone.

I generally do not, unless part of a tapering protocol.
